Welcome to DTSW.io (“us”, “we”, or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DTSW.io software, platform, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
1. Use of the Service
1.1. Eligibility:

If registering via a social network, you must authorize DTSW.io, agree to the social network’s terms, and may access their additional terms (e.g., YouTube Terms of Service). Data will be managed according to our Privacy Policy and these Terms, which you must review and accept.

When posting, uploading, or submitting content, you grant DTSW.io a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the Service.
2.2. Content Guidelines:
You agree not to post material that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, defamatory, or that infringes third-party rights. DTSW.io may remove any content that violates these Terms or is objectionable.

Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users’ accounts;

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” DTSW.IO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DTSW.IO IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DTSW.io, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims or damages (including attorney’s fees) resulting from your Service use, breach of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, and you consent to this jurisdiction.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DTSW.io for the Service and supersede prior agreements or understandings.
